Our management fee is composed of two components: (a fixed monthly management fee + percentage of reservations), these two can vary depending on the involvement and need of each owner. The percentage of reservations varies between 12% and 32%, it is applied to the net amount collected.

A one-time account initiation fee of 180 euros is paid upon registration.

OTA = Online Travel Agency (Online property promotion platforms - Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.)
Screening = Online identity verification system
We provide cleaning teams = through professional collaborators who will intervene after each reservation (they are paid separately from the cleaning fee charged to guests per stay)

No long-term contracts
No two properties are the same, so no two contracts should be. We will work with you and commit in writing to a contract that suits your needs, and we do not require you to commit to a long-term contract.

Cash directly into your account
Because we like to be transparent, we're going further and have implemented that you will receive all reservations directly into your bank account, and at the end of the month we will bill you for the administration fee.

We reduce the platform implementation fee
We're reducing our initial account implementation fee by 359 euro at 180 euros and we continue to maintain the quality of services, professional advice and the implementation of your property in our system with an easy, structured and organized process.
